TELEPHONE POLICY I prefer to work through email and am usually unavailable by phone. I prefer to conduct business this way because my clients are based worldwide and endless telephone chats would become expensive ;) Also emails are an essential part of my organization process. PROJECT TIMESCALES My development queue is typically booked out at least one to three weeks in advance. I'm naturally an efficient person and once I start a project I'll work with you to finish it as quickly as possible. CLIENT SUPPORT AND UPDATES I endeavour to make all website updates and any website maintenance requests within 72 hours of receiving your request and/or payment. Its highly likely they will be done on the same day. MY WORK SCHEDULE I generally work from 9am to 6pm, Monday through to Friday.
