1) Planning  (Expected timescale 1-3 days)

I require a 50% deposit to be paid before we begin the 1st stage ... 

We'll discuss which features you want, your style and your objectives for your website. This is the time to provide me with as much information as possible about your style and your objectives for your website. Email me all of the content you want included such as specific text for each page and pictures. The overall appearance and responce to your website will be improved dramatically with quality pictures.

2) Designing  (Anything between 3 days to 2 weeks)

Next, I will make a proposal for the structure of your site; what information will need to be displayed and on what pages. This will determine the content, the navigation and the techniques that will have to be implemented, like the use of animation, an interactive blog or an image gallery. Nothing will be set in stone yet, but a structure gives us a good grip on the project. Now sit back and relax and let me take care of creating a beautiful website for you.

3) Revisions  (Expected timescale 1-3 days)

This is the period of time needed to tweak the design based on your feedback. The amount of time varies for each client but it is typically 1-3 days.
It is important that you are available to collaborate via email on your design during this stage! I welcome you to talk me through any changes you want me to make to the site before I launch it so you do have alot of creative control! I'll make sure that your website is absolutely perfect and you are 100% happy with the final result before we reach the final stage 4 ...

4) Launching  (Expected timescale - less than a day)

I require the remainder of the fee to be paid upon reaching this stage.

Once I have received full payment and you have given the website your full approval, I'll submit the site to the major search engines and officially launch your website!

If you require a few tweaks or small adjustments to your website up to a month after its completion I will make these changes free of charge. After one month I am still more than happy to make changes to your website, please see my Payment page for my site maintenance and updates pricing!
